How to Measure:

NECK CIRCUMFERENCE:Place one finger between neck and measuring tape and measure all the way around your neck.

CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE:With arms relaxed down at your sides, measure the fullest part of your chest, all the way around your body from front to back. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE:Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep a finger between your body and measurement tape for an accurate fit.
