    "I love the sweater and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. However, I wish the sizing was more true to size. I ordered an XL because the person I talked with said they did not run big. But it is big. And because we had shipping problems and I wanted to wear it this week for Chanukah I didnt want to exchange it in case it didnt come in on time. However, every person I talked with at Tipsy Elves was great - very pleasant and tried to do everything possible to please this customer. I know I will order from you again - just in a smaller size!"
