"i always love the quality of the Tipsy Product and besides this is my 4th Pants i bought from Tipsy and i will continue to patronized their product because they are great and comfortable to wear."
"Very happy with my purchase! However the delivery used by this company is extremely poor. When I ordered I supplied a PO Box to have them delivered to, only to be told 8 days later that UPS do not deliver to PO Box addresses??? An email explaining this as soon as my order was received would have me supplying a residential address for delivery. So 2 days before they are to worn in a charity fundraiser (the reason for purchase and a gift to my son) we find that they are being held at a UPS facility an hour and a half away. Drive there, couldn’t find it. Explain the importance- “I’ll just have another look” and low and behold there it is! Very matter of fact and if it had not been found they couldn’t have cared less! Your company needs to provide the best delivery service available. This one very unprofessional and not worth my $33 delivery fee."
