How do I size a family costume if the kids are between sizes?
Size up. All the jumpsuits are cut roomy on purpose so regular clothes fit underneath, and a slightly long costume can be cuffed while a tight one gets taken off. Adults should go by normal clothing size — men's S–3XL, women's XS–4XL. Every product page has its own chart, and they aren't identical between designs.

Can grandparents, cousins or the dog join the theme?
Yes to the first two — the adult sizes run to 3XL and there's no limit on how many of one design you order, which is how the bigger extended-family themes get built. Dog costumes come and go by season, so check what's live rather than assuming; the safest bet for a full-household theme is one of the animal designs like the matching lion family costumes.

How early should I order family costumes?
Earlier than you'd think, and earlier than for adults alone.
