"This costume is the epitome of cute and comfortable. The XL was a bit too long in the waist for my petite frame but the L fits like a glove. It's soft and all sewing appears to be well done. The garters have silicone in them to help them stay up. I feel like the the Lisa Frank Leopard of the 90s! Garters are also long on my frame but I will happily alter them to suit my purposes."
