If your order has yet to be packed or shipped then we will still be able to edit your shipping address. Please contact us ASAP so we can fix this issue before your order ships.

If your order has already been packed and shipped then unfortunately we will not be able to revise your shipping address. Fingers crossed that your package will still be delivered successfully but chances are that it will be returned to our warehouse.

In the case that the package is being returned to our warehouse then we are more than happy to send out a replacement package via standard shipping or refund your entire order. Please be sure to contact us if your package is being returned to our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we are not able to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed. Please reach out to us ASAP to see if we can cancel your order before you place a new one with faster shipping. We’ll try our hardest, but we can’t promise that we’ll be able to cancel your order after it’s been placed. Once you have received confirmation from us that your order has indeed been canceled, feel free to place a new order with your desired shipping speed.

Tipsy Elves may issue partial or full refunds for instances that include, but are not limited to, late delivery, damaged item, defective item, wrong size or wrong item shipped, etc. In these situations, photo proof is always required before we will issue a refund.

Holiday Return Policy: Holiday items purchased between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day are eligible for return until January 13th. 

If it has been more than 30 days since you have placed your order, you may return your item(s) with the carrier of your choice for a Tipsy Elves store credit.

To qualify for a refund back to your original form of payment, your returned item(s) must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date. Our return and exchange policy can be found here.

We doubt you’d ever want to send something back, but things happen. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase in original and unworn condition. Please follow the steps below or contact our amazing customer service team to get your return started!

RETURNS:

1. Start the process by going to our returns center at returns.tipsyelves.com. Items being returned for a refund must be received in unworn and original condition at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you send your items back within 7 days of receiving your label. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Returned items received after the 30-day return window will be issued store credit instead of a refund (see below).

2. Fill out your order information. Returning a gift? Click "Return a gift" underneath! Select the item(s) you'd like to return.

3. Choose between a refund, a gift card, or shop now. 

4. Send the item(s) with the tag still attached along with the packing slip and original packaging to our awesome warehouse! Nobody likes lines at the post office. We make it easy and provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please note- if you use our return label there is a return label fee that will be deducted from your overall refund.

5. You will receive an email once your item has been received and then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.


EXCHANGES: Exchanges of products purchased on TipsyElves.com must be made within 30 days of purchase. To begin your exchange, go to our super amazing returns center and enter your order number. Choose the item you'd like to return, select the reason why you'd like to return, then choose from two convenient exchange options! You can do an even exchange (for a different size) or do a conventional exchange where you apply your store credit to a new item of your choice. The screen will prompt you to choose between paying $1 to get a new order sent out to you* or waiting for your reutnr to get processed before the new item is sent out. You will receive a return label with all the instructions to your email. 
*Original orders not returned within 14 days will be charged full price to the payment method used. 


AFTERPAY/SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS: Orders placed through a 3rd-party payment system are eligible for a refund or exchange. Your return will processed upon arrival to the warehouse and the refund will go back to the 3rd-party used. We are unable to refund any other payment method. You are still responsible for your payments with them until they process your refund. Exchanges resulting in a price difference will be refunded accordingly. Even exchanges will make no difference to the payment installments agreed upon. 

STORE CREDIT: Please note that returns received at our warehouse beyond the 30-day purchase date will be issued Tipsy Elves gift card. A gift card code valid for the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued and emailed for use on a future order. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be created for orders outside of the 30-day purchase date.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Please keep a record of the tracking number associated with your package. This is how we reference your Return/Exchange. For swimsuit return requests, please note that all swimsuits must be returned with the hygienic lining still intact. Swimsuits returned without the hygienic lining will be deemed damaged and unacceptable for return. All undergarments are final sale. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. 

WE REQUIRE THAT ALL EXCHANGED/RETURNED ITEMS BE IN NEW CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
